The Hot/Cold Packs are Handmade with 100% Cotton 100% Canadian Grains, Reusable, Natural and Environmentally friendly with just a touch of a scent when heated.
They are great for therapeutic use such as soothing Aches and Pains or just to snuggle and enjoy.
The cover is removable and can be cleaned in Washing Machine in cold water/Dryer (on warm) or just lay flat to dry.
The Grain Bag inside the Reusable Hot/Cold Pack is filled with evenly dispersed grain pockets;
DO NOT wash the Grain Bag.
HOT:
Put in Microwave for 2 – 3 minutes.Put on area of body you require heat/cold.
DO NOT use a Convection Microwave Oven
DO NOT allow children to heat up in the microwave.
DO NOT overheat as it can cause burns
COLD:
Put the Reusable Hot/Cold Pad in a large Plastic Bag before placing in the Freezer. Freeze for approximately 1 -2 Hours.
